Owen has more than 30 years in mechanical construction, including 17 years specializing in Testing, Adjusting & Balancing throughout BC. His Red Seal Sheet Metal background means he approaches every project from both a design and installation perspective — which means he catches things a technician without field installation experience would miss. He has worked on hospitals, labs, military facilities, government buildings, correctional centres, and industrial plants across Vancouver Island.
Jesse has 20 years of experience across some of the most demanding mechanical environments in the industry — hospitals, industrial plants, marine applications, commercial kitchens, and specialized ventilation systems. His Red Seal background means he reads drawings the way a tradesperson does: with a clear eye for what’s buildable, what’s been built correctly, and what a realistic scope looks like. He works with contractors and engineers to develop accurate, practical estimates from the first conversation.
Ireena brings 25 years of construction industry experience to the business and financial side of every project. She oversees accounting, contract administration, and client relations — which means invoices are accurate, paperwork is organized, and the administrative side of the project runs as cleanly as the field side. For contractors managing multiple trades, that matters.
